We have been operating in Ontario since 2019, and hold the firm belief that everyone has the right to a stable and fast internet connection no matter where they live.
Along with our partners, we provide reliable fiber-based internet, TV, and video surveillance services to rural southwestern communities, particularly cottage and camping residences. We also offer a wide range of self-monitored home security systems including door locks, doorbells, sensors, and video cameras.
Starting solely as a wireless broadband service, we found the need to be able to deliver more diverse internet services.
To give our customers faster speeds, more reliability, consistency, and an overall better service, in 2023, we implemented our fiber infrastructure.
With this in place, we are now able offer fiber internet directly to the home as well as wireless fiber internet services. This ensures that no customer is left behind.
With the infrastructure changes we have made, and current service offerings, our new name better reflects the direction we have taken in the delivery of our broadband services, and better aligns with the company's vision.
